Pasta with Radish Greens

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Olive oil

5 Garlic Scapes, finely chopped

6 radish tops, chopped

½ cup basil leaves, chopped

16oz pasta, cooked

salt and crushed red pepper flakes to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, sauté scapes 1 minute.

  2. Add radish greens, sauté until wilted.

  3. Turn off heat.

  4. Add pasta

  5. Toss

  6. Add salt

  7. Add basil, toss.

  8. Add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
